Description

Presidential Scholarships » These scholarships are awarded to entering students and are valued at full tuition at the time of enrollment ($31,510 for 2007-2008). The amount will stay constant in subsequent years. Selection is based on a student's demonstrated outstanding achievement in competitive secondary school programs. Renewal requires a cumulative GPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0) at the end of the sophomore year, and for each year thereafter. Average scores of Presidential Scholars:  SAT 2180; ACT 33).

 

Application Process

No special application for scholarships is required.  All applicants for admission are considered for merit scholarships.

Renewal requires a cumulative GPA of 3.35 (out of 4.0) at the end of the sophomore year, and for each year thereafter. Average scores of Faculty Scholars:  SAT of 1920;  ACT of 30.

Description

Diversity awards are made to first year students in recognition of the importance of geographic, economic, and cultural diversity in our student body.  The amount of the award ranges from $3,000 to $19,000 per year and remains fixed for up to three subsequent and consecutive years of full-time enrollment.  The Diversity Award requires a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 by the end of the sophomore year and maintained thereafter.

Description If you wish to learn the admission decision early in the process, and still have until May 1 to make your decision, you should submit your application for admission by December 15.  
Application Process If your application arrives by December 15, we will review it when it is complete and will send your our decision by January 15, 2008.  You will have until May 1, 2008 to accept the offer of admission by sending the enrollment deposit.
